Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will weave in and out of tactical/hands-on HR initiatives and strategic, solutions-based consulting. You will support a geographic area on the Northeast, partnering with all groups across the organization (Accounting/Finance, Sales/Service, Procurement, and Technical Operations) and support approximately 500+ employees as well as strategically aligning with major business divisions. The HRBP is responsible for aligning cultural and business objectives with employees and management, driving employee engagement, and partnering with members of the HR Team to create and implement foundational programs, practices and some processes. You'll serve as a consultant to business leaders on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, contributing to program design and rolling out HR initiatives from the corporate office. What will you be doing? The job responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include the following: o Partner with leaders throughout the organization & strategic sites in the Northeast as the single point of contact for HR issues o Build strong business relationships with the internal client o Provide strategic insight and positively influence cultural change o Manage HR projects and initiatives cross functionally o Identify, develop and implement best practices around people management o Provide executive Human Resources presence and be an established HR authority for the division o Own Diversified Manager Training Curriculum o Select manager trainings for LMS, promote the trainings internally and manage completion rates across the company o Toolkit creation and ongoing maintenance o Specific coaching sessions (cohorts of managers to supplement LMS trainings) for Region 4 o Standardize process and support delivery in other regions o All other duties as assigned by management What do we require from you? o 8+ years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Manager o 2+ years' experience in a technology-based organization - Audio Visual (AV) or IT systems integration a plus o Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Organization Development or related discipline o Demonstrated HR experience supporting sales and technical operations groups o Proven experience as a change agent and performance improvement driver o Passion for building strategy, process, systems and teams in partnership with Human Resources leadership and Business leadership o Solid relationship builder and highly approachable o Possess a high degree of flexibility, creativity, persistency and resiliency o Blend of hands on and strategic initiatives o Ability to communicate effectively will all levels of employees & leadership, and operate in a matrix organization with shifting priorities o Available for travel on short notice 548

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
