As a key enabler of the transformation, the GTA Project Manager with support a range of projects connected to: Employer Branding, Technology, Change Management, Process, Policy and Training.  Working closely with the Director Talent Acquisition you will collaborate with the global talent acquisition organisation to identify opportunities for projects / optimisation, designing solution strategies and see them through to completion (engaging with our HR / GTA Operations partners for support). You will use six sigma / project management techniques to document all key decisions, record into project management flows, use principles of project management to ensure that all projects are tracked, executed and completed on time. The primary activities include but are not limited to: PROJECT MANAGEMENT Supporting Projects across GTA Strategic Solutions including but not limited to:TechnologySolutions, Process, Policies, Employer Branding, Training, Compliance & Global Background Checks (GBC) Prioritised projects in 2018:  Supporting Workday implementation coordinating and implementation requests from global team to gather intelligence, data and drive decision making Establish new "About Me" portal as a central store for all policies, processes, training materials for Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers.  Work with our external media agency to develop a well-designed website. Track technology projects and ensure regional / local teams deliver feedback to finalise implementation.  Manage Technology queries and redirect to responsible parties for resolution (mainly but not exclusively for Taleo, Workday, Recruitment Marketing Technologies, LinkedIn, CRM platform).  Support Tradename compliance and Talent Acquisition Advisor compliance auditing.  GBC framework and adjudication as secondary to ensure GTA Compliance Lead has backup support.  Follow up with project contributors globally.   Coordination support of branding, training events, team calls, networking events. Change communication preparation.  Budget Management across all workstreams in GTA SS (>1 million USD budget)  EMPLOYER BRAND,CONTENTMARKETING COORDINATION & COMPLIANCE Working with Divisional and Regional GTA Leaders to ensure steady stream of content from the business, facilitated by RCL network in GTA.  Participation and monthly content review management sessions with our Media Agency, ensuring growth in social performance, defining topics of focus for next month.  Managing monthly content calendar event facilitation to ensure content is received from the regions.   Reporting on all social platforms to direct content types to invest for next month.  Thought Leader Thursday Management: Ensure steady stream of blog material from senior leaders in the organisation Monitoring social media for adverse comments and product quality complaints on career channels - taking appropriate action to close out / notify appropriate internal groups.  LinkedIn Elevate Content Curation: Push out relevant content to our end users to engage their audiences and draw awareness back to our EB Support social / branding policy updates tool implementation and compliance.  Training in social/policy, what good blogging looks like, video content, etc .  Supporting events, taking photos, UGC at opportunistic moments.  Content Marketing: Identify UGC for both Merck & MSD / Month Spotlights both internally and externally with trailblazers in STEM/ develop new ideas to draw people in to our brand  End to end event management for US branding events  Supporting video shoots.  Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement:   Degree in Business / Marketing / Science / Human Resources / related discipline A formal qualification in project management would be desirable but not essential Required Experience and Skills:   6+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or Marketing related role  Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing or related Project Managementexperience  Exposure to Marketing / Employer Branding / Social Media  Data Analysis (good Excel skills - confident with pivot tables, formulae writing, basic macros) Strong English language skills are essential for social communication. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
