Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelors degree in science or healthcare profession with minimum of (10) years pharmaceutical industry experience or Masters degree in science or healthcare profession with minimum of (5) years pharmaceutical industry experience.

Required Skills:

  • Must have strong project management skills including communication (both oral and written), facilitation, negotiation / conflict resolution, and resource management skills
  • Excellent project management, presentation and consultative skills
  • Experience and success in cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Must have self-starting, follow-up ability,
  • Must have excellent people skills, leadership qualities, and ability to build strong relationships with teams / executives
  • Must have the experience of having worked in a matrixed organization with the ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders
  • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must have a strong background in facilitating and managing requirements for global projects
  • Strong MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
  • Some travel to international and domestic sites required
  • Must have managed at least one project that had multi-locations
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in a Medical Affairs function
  • Project management certification
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • International experience in a global company
  • Experience with change management

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
