Human Resources Business Partner - Kenilworth, NJ

What will you be doing?

The job responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include the following:
Partner with leaders throughout the organization & strategic sites in the Northeast as the single point of contact for HR issues
Build strong business relationships with the internal client
Provide strategic insight and positively influence cultural change
Manage HR projects and initiatives cross functionally
Identify, develop and implement best practices around people management
Provide executive Human Resources presence and be an established HR authority for the division
Own Diversified Manager Training Curriculum
oSelect manager trainings for LMS, promote the trainings internally and manage completion rates across the company
oToolkit creation and ongoing maintenance
oSpecific coaching sessions (cohorts of managers to supplement LMS trainings) for Region 4
oStandardize process and support delivery in other regions
All other duties as assigned by management
What do we require from you?
8+ years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Manager
2+ years experience in a technology-based organization - Audio Visual (AV) or IT systems integration a plus
Bachelor s degree in, Human Resources, Organization Development or related discipline
Demonstrated HR experience supporting sales and technical operations groups
Proven experience as a change agent and performance improvement driver
Passion for building strategy, process, systems and teams in partnership with Human Resources leadership and Business leadership
Solid relationship builder and highly approachable
Possess a high degree of flexibility, creativity, persistency and resiliency
Blend of hands on and strategic initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively will all levels of employees & leadership, and operate in a matrix organization with shifting priorities
Available for travel on short notice

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
