PRIMARY FUNCTION
Possess expertise in webcast pre-production, production, post production which includes setup and operation of all video, audio and webcast equipment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all webcasts at assigned sites from pre-production, production and post-production
Provide direction regarding scheduling and location staffing at a given site or off site venue - Ensure that the assigned webcast is appropriately staffed, has sufficient technical resources in place and is error free
Set up and operate video and audio production equipment,
Complete all post production prior to leaving site to ensure rapid turnaround time of deliverable.
Act as both the main client contact and technical contact for all webcasts assigned
Lead the webcast event team in performing video production (camera operation, technical directing, video playback, switching), audio production (microphone, teleconference, multi-language feeds etc.), floor manager, encoding support and any additional production requirements based on project requirements
Coordinate the receipt and distribution of the presentation slide deck as required for the event
Troubleshoot and implement new software and upgrades into production environment
Troubleshoot and provide minor repairs when needed
Train and participate in training with webcast team members on new process, equipment, etc. on an as needed basis
Support special projects as requested by management
Travel to other sites and internationally as needed to support webcasts
Any other special projects, duties deemed necessary by supervisor or Manager
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Must have thorough knowledge of On24 webcast software
Command of modern webcasting production and streaming video equipment and processes
Ability to perform and troubleshoot under pressure
Proficiency with various OS (WIN, MAC, Linux)
Expert use of PC platform and working knowledge of Word, Excel, Net Meeting, ATT Connect and MS Outlook
Proficiency with encoding software, HTML, XML and web publishing and streaming technologies;
Ability to work effectively with senior management, corporate executives and technical colleagues in a corporate environment
Energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and strong independent work ethic; Customer service orientation; Professional presence and superior client relationship skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organized and able to handle multiple assignments with varying deadlines
Advanced knowledge of profession video/audio production
The ability to prioritize tasks and to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision
The ability to manage team members and delegate tasks as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, Communications, Video/Film Production or related field is required
