Job Description
Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems to existing and new client base. Provide strategies on how to improve mechanical and building automation systems within a facility. Be proficient in sizing, estimating and proposing commercial HVAC system upgrades. Project management experience would also be beneficial.

Job Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or related technical field from a four-year college or university (preferred but not required). Graduate of an HVAC Vocational/Technical school along with a minimum of five years of commercial HVAC service/installation/sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills necessary and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
