As the Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will oversee a team of 2-3 crew members in all phases of landscape installation and property maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
We are looking for 2 foreman/drivers.
We are looking for candidates that are capable of completing medium to large scale projects to a high standard of quality.
Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and who pays attention to details.

Be courteous & respectful to all clients, client properties, co-workers, team leaders, and vendors Respectfully use and maintain company equipment Train team in best practices Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed Motivate the team performance Installation of plants, gardens, turf, trees, patios, retaining walls, as well as drainage and grading work.
Properly operate equipment:
Skidsteer - bucket/fork, Mini Excavator, Mini Skidsteer with attachments Stay within given job parameters & budget.
Inform the team of progress & motivate to exceed goals.
Complete necessary paperwork for hours and materials used Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in landscape and hardscape installation Knowledge of proper installation techniques Supervisory/Crew Leader experience; able to manage 3-4 crew members Experience operating equipment - skid steers, excavators, loaders Clean, valid drivers license; CDL a plus Technology savvy; comfortable using an Smartphone or Tablet Must be able to lift 100lbs Bi-lingual in English and Spanish desired, but not required.
