The Information Manager will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of all information related to our clients.
This position requires a strong background in managing multiple projects and strong computer skills.
Essential Functions:
Manage all aspects of client information needs, including but not limited to, client training, information requests, and data entry.
Create and maintain internal databases and other documents related to client information needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other organizations to ensure the integrity of client information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
