Manage and process orders via an order processing inbox, flag orders based on status for daily tracking purposes Forward tracking information to customers in a timely manner Create shipment invoices and labels Work closely with CFO, Customer Support Specialist, and Warehouse Manager Accurate data entry and attention to detail Experienced using QuickBooks Enterprise, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS World Ship, GlobalTranz LTL, and various freight forwarders, MS Outlook and Excel Strong communication skills Proven ability to work cross functionally Trustworthy Excellent pay.
