Provide prompt service and keep customers informed of the status of tables in a timely manner.
Adhere to any additional standards set by the restaurant manager.
Deliver food to table tables and remove dirty plates in a timely manner.
Monitor tables for customer satisfaction and address grievances in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints.
Be polite with customers.
Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
Answer any questions customers have about the menu or specials.
Know drinks and food menus inside and out.
You have to be passionate about seeing a small business succeed.
