Responsibilities:
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the order entry system - Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information - Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment - Generate reports and analyze data using Excel, including pivot tables - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and pivot tables - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Accurate and efficient data entry skills - Familiarity with computerized order entry systems - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams Minimum 3 years experiance with processing orders.
